Big decisions, or any decisions for that matter, keep us up at night, cause us to stress and be in a bad mood, worry for days, fall into bad habits to help us cope and

deflect. Yeah, we've all done that at times, unfortunately. But how amazing would it be if we had

some better ways of decision making? Today's show is important. And the first thing I want to

tackle in our soul care week, because really, we might not think of it this way, but we take better

care of ourselves when we are wiser with our decision making. Less consequences down the road,

less regret, less apology, all the things, even boiling it down a little more. I want to talk

straight today about when not to make a big decision. And I believe if we follow this, it will truly help solve a lot.

I got a text from a friend recently who was in the throes of a major decision about a potential

job change she was considering making after many years of being in the same job.

On one hand, she loved what she was doing.

She loved the place, the coworkers.

She was having success.

She was comfortable.

And really, there was no good reason for her to leave.

She sort of had it made.

But on the other hand, there was this other job opportunity that had presented itself that was something that excited her and she had a heart for too.

It was also in her wheelhouse as far as skill set and it was something fresh and a challenge

after years of doing things the same.
