Today we celebrate our 5th Anniversary of the Daily Still Podcast. Thanks to all our Daily Still listeners from around the world!
Five years ago, we began this podcast with the question - "What will practicing stillness do for you?" In this episode, host and Spiritual Director, Cindy Helton, shares the many benefits of practicing stillness.
We invite you to join us on an 8 week "Summer Soul Care" series, as we reflect together on the movement of God's Spirit in our lives, and cultivate a growing awareness of Divine Love within us.
