Thank you. What is up, guys? Welcome back to Ace Weekly. My name is Andrew Evans. This is five minutes of fire. And today we're going to be talking about the reason why you can't scale.

So one of the most common questions that I get in business and just the common challenges that I see when people are trying to grow to that next level of

leadership or people are trying to grow their business to that next scale, you always have

the same questions of, I have trouble delegating. I have trouble getting people to replicate my processes. I have

trouble scaling. Like we've been at this level. We're trying to get to this level, but we're having

a little bit of trouble. And it's oftentimes always the same reason why the core fundamental reason,

at least, why people can't get to that next level in business and in life.

And it all comes down to, believe it or not, your level of organization, your level of

organization.

Now, some people are really organized and good naturally and other people just aren't.

And that's okay if it's not your forte.

Organization and being very organized is not something that will make you succeed at a very high

level in business. However, at a certain point in your career or in your journey, being unorganized

will be an inhibitor from progress of where you need to go.

It is not something that just because you're organized, you're going to get far,

but if you're not organized, it certainly will inhibit your ability to grow and develop as a leader.
