Thank you. Hey guys, welcome back to the show. This is Andrew Evans, your host. And today on five minutes of fire, we're going to be talking about the concept of two minds. And so the first

question that I have for you is, and as you listen to this question,

answer to yourself out loud, really give yourself the answer. Would you rather be seen as a

beginner or as an expert? The question is, would you rather be seen as a beginner as a beginner or as an expert. Question is, would you rather be seen as a beginner or an expert?

And today we're going to talk about that concept specifically.

So before I do that, I want to share a quote.

In the beginner's mind, there are many possibilities,

but in the experts mind, there are few. Zen master Suzuki, Roshi. So a lot of people probably

answer that question, and I know my instinct is say, oh, I want to be the expert. I like to be the

expert. I like to be known as the expert in my space. I want to have credibility. You know, if I'm

talking on this podcast, I'd want you guys to see me oftentimes as an expert on what I'm talking

about. If I'm doing a sales transaction, I want my client to perceive me as the credible,

established expert. And that's a lot of times how our society works. We don my client to perceive me as the credible established expert. And that's a lot of

times how our society works. We don't want to be seen as the beginner. But there are two different

minds that exist that are very much so different from the person that perceives themselves as an

expert versus the person that perceives themselves as a beginner.
