I'm doing good, Jay. How about yourself?

Good. I'm, uh'm I actually believe it or not just hit some golf

false today and was running late and thought dang it I'm gonna miss being on time

with Phil and but it's good to have you on I'm curious to chat with you I haven't spoke with you in a while

I appreciate being on it's always good to catch up and see what each other's doing and get into

talking like we normally do. You know, it's been one of these things I've been obviously

up in Colorado this summer but you know watching closely

watching the monsoons and you know we had great winter moisture everything going

into spring you know we had good spring green up.

Seems like the antlers across the board, you know, especially with the elk and the mule beer.

I think it's still probably a little early to tell on the coups, but it seems like every indication is phenomenal

antler grows. But selfishly, I guess, I was really hoping that we would put a big monsoon on top of you know big being the pig that I am was

hoping we put big monsoon on top of big winter moisture and just see what we could

do curious your thoughts on that? I was

hoping for the same thing Jay and it just hasn't happened. It's definitely been a

lackluster monsoon so far. I'm still kind of holding out hope that maybe

we'll get some good rains come in September. You know I've seen that happen

before and that would kind of kick us off or carry us through the rest of the fall.

But boy, we were set up for to just have some phenomenal growth for the next year or two

if we could have got those monsoons like we were hoping.
