Guys, I've been in the business 18 almost 19 years

I've been working with my father who's been in the business for 46 going on 47 years

My business partner Chris has been almost 20 years, our team manager,

11 years, and then we just brought on a brand new agent. Literally today, Pat, I hired a brand new agent,

literally got his license like two weeks ago, and he is up and running.

But guys, my, I've been, our team has been widely successful.

We close millions and millions of dollars every year in real estate.

Our average price is a little over a million dollars

here in Northern California.

We do predominantly older properties, older ranch style properties,

larger lots.
