Recently, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit allowed a man subject to an intimate partner violence restraining order to keep his guns. | 1:30.9 | are murdered by an intimate partner. And nearly half of those are done using firearms. |
| 1:37.4 | And so because of this serious risk of lethal violence for people involved in intimate partner violence, |
