You know, if planning guaranteed success in business, then entrepreneurship would be easy.

But it doesn't. All of the planning in the world, all of the analysis, all of the learning,

it doesn't guarantee success. I do believe very much in planning to succeed, but you have to

accept also that failure is very possible in any way, whether it's complete failure, a catastrophic

failure of the business venture, or failures in something you might try or a new product line

or something that you've changed in your business. This is not, this conversation is not about
