Charles, I'm not going to ask you what the word is, but what's going on, man? Yeah, nothing much,

dude. How are you doing? I'm doing good, man. I'm ready to start talking today about

about tenant screening. We've gotten a lot of people that have reached out to us over the past month or so

and even lots of internal discussions that we've had with our on-site managers about

screening the best tenants. I mean, this is one of those topics that, I wouldn't say it's overly

exciting to talk about, but it's one of those things this is one of those topics that I wouldn't say it's overly excited, it's exciting to talk about,

but it's one of those things that it's a necessary evil because,

as you know,

we buy a lot of parks that have challenging tenants in place.
