Well, today we've got three strategies that typically are on the top of the mind of investors, and we think these are ones you should know about. They can be extremely beneficial,

and I love them. I'll rattle off the first two, may I? Yeah, you know, number one, just renting

your own building to your business. Why am I paying rent to someone else to a third party? This could

be a commercial building space. It could be a warehouse,

storage unit. If you're paying rent to anybody, we want to talk about it. Number two is when

your kids go off to college or any family member that is living in a new location for a short

period of time and paying rent to someone else,

why aren't you the one collecting that rent?
