| 0:11.0 | Take a moment to place yourself in either a seated upright position with your shoulders |
| 0:16.9 | relaxed and a tall spine or go ahead and lay down on the ground. |
| 0:27.6 | Be intentional with whichever posture you choose. |
| 0:37.1 | Now begin to breathe on purpose with the desire to fill your belly and widen your chest |
