Summary
I recently read the book Love Warrior by Glennon Doyle Melton. I loved it so much and appreciated the raw vulnerability and brave way the author shares her story with the world. So many of the themes in the book relate to women's journeys finding their true authentic selves through making peace with food and learning to love themselves. I asked fellow registered dietitian, Valery Kallen, MS, RD, to come on the podcast to discuss this great book with me to see how we can draw wisdom and guidance as we continue working through exploring what really matters with nutrition and health. You are going to LOVE this conversation with Val. And if you haven't read the book already, I highly recommend it!
