So as I'm recording this, it is still pretty early in 2020,

and my 2020 has gotten off to kind of an interesting start.

My 2019 ended on a sad note.

And that is because a few days after Christmas, my grandmother passed away,

and it was kind of the second time that that had happened within a year.

I don't know, if you remember from previous episodes I've

shared about it a little bit but in late 2018 shortly before Thanksgiving

my grandmother on my mom's side passed away. And then in 2019, a few days after Christmas,

my grandmother on my dad's side passed away.

And both of those losses have a

been really big for me but this most recent one I think was even more impactful just

because with my granny who was my grandmother on my dad's side I was a lot
