Summary

My guest this week is Julian, who has filled in a Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheet from his position as a ten-year-old. He sees his mother as self-absorbed, frightened, unhappy, cold, and controlling and thinks that she is never pleased with him. He wants her to hug him, smile at him, and say, “I love you.” How will he see through the thoughts that are the cause of his anger and hurt? Together, with Julian and me, relax, get still, open your mind to what follows, let's do The Work.

Well, why not have it all?

1:10.0

You have a mother now.

1:12.0

That's what you do. Okay, so I've only just started about a month ago, a little over a month ago, and I've read a couple of your books and been coming in and out of this.

So my first question would be you suggest that you don't do worksheets on yourself

1:31.4
