Hi everybody and welcome to this week's Squiggly Career podcast. I am Helen Tupper. I'm one of the co-founders of Amazing If and I'm here in person in Marlebone Station with the other co-founder Sarah Ellis. Hi everyone. So you'll have to excuse us if there's a little bit of noise or if it's a bit echoy because we're in quite a large meeting room with just two of us.

0:24.1

With just two of us.

0:26.6

With wooden floors and quite a lot of people walking around.

0:58.3

1:00.6

So what we're going to do this week is talk about actually what we think it means.

1:04.7

We're going to talk about a few myths of gravitas, challenge a few of those myths so that gravitas is something that we can all develop

1:11.1

whatever stage you're at in your career. And we're also going to share some really, really

1:15.0

practical top tips for you so that you can start investing some time in developing your

1:20.2

Gravitas now. So maybe the first thing that we can do is have a bit of a chat, I think,

1:24.5

1:29.4

And you've got a definition, haven't you, about what it means to you?

1:32.1

Yeah, so I was thinking about this.

1:33.5

And because I think it's something that people often get feedback on,

1:36.2

my first question actually would be, if somebody has given you that feedback,
