Hello and welcome back to Cult Leader. I'm your Cult Leader Spencer Henry and tomorrow is my birthday.

And I can already tell that I'm getting older because three times this week other people had to tell me that the flashlight was on on my phone.

So that's not a sign. I don't know what is, but I still have all my hair. So we're counting our blessings.

Anyways, straight to business. We're gonna do a little refresher before we get started because a lot of news has broken since I released Part 1 and a lot more information has surfaced surrounding the disappearance of JJ Valow and Tiley Ryan.

Now go back and listen to Part 1 if you haven't and I'll do my best to catch you up, but it probably won't make perfect sense unless you've listened to that episode.

So we'll go through a brief synopsis of each little part of this timeline and we have 46 year old Lori Valow to start with.

She's been married several times. Her first husband unknown. They had no children together and the marriage ended not long after it began in 1992.

Her second husband was William LaGoya. He was the father of Colby, Lori's eldest son and the one who made a YouTube video pleading to Lori to come clean.

They divorced in 1996. Her third marriage was to Joseph Ryan. He's the father to Tiley who's 17 and currently missing.

Joseph died of a heart attack on April 3rd of 2018. Her next marriage was to Charles Valow who we talked about a lot in the last episode and with him comes JJ Valow.

JJ was the biological son of his relatives whom he adopted. JJ is 7 years old and he's also missing along with Tiley.

Neither of them have been seen since September of 2019. We'll get to this specifics in a few.

Now back to Lori. She was affiliated with a Doomsday group called Preparing a People. Its website says helping to prepare people of this Earth for the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Preparing a People has posted a statement on its website that strongly denies that the group is a cult. However based on my personal research this is definitely a cult.

If it looks like a cult, if it quacks like a cult, it's probably a cult. It's just like really kind of eerie the more and more you look into it.

It's through that affiliation that she actually met Chad Daybell, her current husband, who's a prominent figure in this cult.

On December 5th of 2018, long before their alleged relationship started, they appeared on the podcast together for preparing a people called Time to Warrior Up.

And trust me, this episode no longer exists anywhere on the internet. Please prove me wrong.

Now Lori, she disappeared for 58 days from February of 2019 to March of 2019. She took Tile with her but she left JJ with Charles. We'll get some more on that later.

That March, after Lori returns, Charles filed for divorce citing Lori had threatened to kill him and stolen more than $35,000 from him.

If you remember from last time, he redacted that filing and he actually tried to make things work with Lori after that, but it didn't last for long.
