Hello, this is Paul McKenna, and welcome to the positivity podcast.

My objective is to interview the most interesting people in the world,

and in the next 30 minutes, get insights and even discover how it is that they do what they do,

what makes them unique and fascinating, their success

mindset, and certainly what keeps them positive. My guest today is an internationally

famous award-winning television broadcaster, model, actress, journalist, TV producer, singer

and author. She's also UNICEF ambassador. I'm talking today with Kat Dealey.

I've kind of got to a point where I'm big and ugly enough and I'm okay with who I am.

And with my boys, I feel like that's given me the freedom to just be absolutely insane.

You have to find what makes you happy and what you do well. Like in the book, what gives you joy, you know, it's about finding those moments. We're never too old for them either. I always trauma mess, 100%. Otherwise, I won't do it. If I don't think it's quite right, or I'm not sure about it, or I have any hesitation, I won't do it. I actually don't care really what people think.

It's a weird question the other day.

What do you think about social media and trolling and everything?

I don't you?

I have kind of 10 people who I trust implicitly

that I can talk to about anything

that lift me up when I need lifting up

and tell me the truth when I need to hear it,

whether I want to or not sometimes.

And there are like 10 people that I hold really, really close.

I don't have loads of friends,
