0:46.7	About the, you know, unions and tech work and stuff. And Band Camp had a union that got recognized, but then the company sold.
0:57.1	And part of our messaging there was like, hey, look, it doesn't hurt your company and doesn't
1:01.3	mean that it's not going to sell.
1:03.0	Sometimes selling is, people think of it as bad because it's like, oh, it's got some new owner.
1:07.7	It's going to go to crap, you know?
1:09.1	But a lot of tech workers think of selling
1:11.1	as good because whatever, their stock vests then, and they make money and, you know, it's a little
1:16.9	bit of a mixed blessing, you know. But they were evidence that just having a union doesn't
1:21.5	necessarily hurt the ability to sell the company, although the new company grabs it and
1:27.2	huge layoffs immediately.
1:30.1	You know, your union can't prevent that, unfortunately.
1:33.5	And then the eight people that were elected as the union represented, all eight of them were
1:37.8	fired.
