Thank you so much for having me and a pleasure to be here. How you doing? Yes, I'm doing great. Tell everyone where you're at. You're a world traveler, so. Right now, I'm in London. So August for me is being kind of like a slower month. I mean, I still did like two, three trips,

but it's lower than usual.
