Summary
Jules Evans is an author and researcher who found Stoicism during some of the darkest times of his life. After teenage years filled with drug experimentation Jules found himself lost and filled with anxieties, depression and other mental issues. His book Philosophy For Life tells of how ancient philosophies helped save his life and helped him regain and find who he was supposed to be now.
