I years ago decided I should do something like this because I found myself

listening back to the episode I had just recorded and saying Chris shut the

fuck up Chris Chris you brought this guest on to tell their story. Why are you talking so much, dude?

So I sort of gave myself a bit of a national park where I could roam free and speak to my heart's delight and give hopefully

give guests more time to tell their stories without listening to me telling mine.
