1:19.5	to criticism, right? So let me just start with some thoughts. Okay. Constructive criticism focuses on a task or an idea and not a person. Okay.
1:33.6	So you're not saying to somebody, you're always doing blah, blah, blah when you go on days with
1:40.2	people. You're saying, oh, I noticed that you trusted this person before you got to know them.
1:47.8	One is a kind of like a bit of a character assassination. It's a really general thing. It can be
1:54.8	unhelpful. It can be insulting. And the other is specific to a task, an idea, etc.
2:02.2	Constructive criticism is actionable, right?
2:06.0	So when it's constructive, it's not about something that is outside of the person's control.
2:12.1	Okay.
2:13.8	Constructive criticism is situationally appropriate.
2:18.3	If you are asking someone for their feedback and they give you constructive criticism and it's like, oh, that hurts my feelings.
