two weeks I don't even know how long we're going between shows now I feel like I

don't even know you I know I almost called you the other day just to talk but then I was like I don't know you seem very busy dude. I mean

It's like been a film festival at my house with what the things why I can't

imagine how busy you are I like Kevin Harburg you guys like I'm busy and like you know my phone's not even ringing and I'm busy so like I can't

imagine you know anyway yeah it's been a while since we last spoke I'm a

little all over the place here. I don't even know where to go,

bro. I don't even know what it, listen, let me just start by saying 11 days into the new year. I'm 11 days no booze. I feel phenomenal. I got to tell you man the drinking and listen I wasn't getting his drunk on a

nightly basis but you have two three glasses of wine you wake up the next

morning you're in a fog. My sleep has not been long, but the

quality based on the ring, leaps and bounds where I was in December.

Really happy with where I'm going with my health here.
