Hello and welcome to soundtracking with me, Edith Bowman.

It's Monday morning. I'm not going to lie. I'm a little fatigued. It's been quite a busy time of it.

I'm not complaining because this evening, actually, which is a nice link in with next week's episode.

I'm off up to Birmingham to be part of the Peaky Blinders, The Immortal Man, premiere.

So I'm very excited about that.

On Friday night, actually, I was lucky to be asked to host an in conversation with

Killion Murphy and Stephen Knight at the BFI.

And they were on fantastic form.

I'm really excited for you guys to see the film.

So, yeah, that is to come.

So I'm just psyched myself up for that tonight,

which is, it's great. And as usual, the music is, well, you can tune into next week's episode

to find out. But I am so very happy that returning to soundtracking is one of our very favorite

people in the entire world. Hilda, good not here.

She joins us to discuss quite a few projects actually that she's worked on, which is nice,

because it wasn't for a particular reason, to be honest. We just wanted to hook up and catch up

on various bits and bobs. I've kind of lost count as to how many times Hilda's been on. This might be her, it's definitely at least her third. It might be her fourth. It might be more. I should have checked before I joined you, but hey-ho, every time she'd feel like the first. And she joins us then to discuss her work on Hedda, 28 years later the Bone Temple and most recently

The Bride with Maggie Gyllenhaal. Both Hedda and the Bone Temple were directed by the

fantastic Nia D'Costa who's been a guest twice on the show while The Bride is Maggie

Jillenhall's second feature film as a writer-director. I've not seen The Bride yet. It is not for

the want of trying. Also was really hoping to get some time with Maggie, but alas, not this time. But I'll

get myself along to the cinema and see that as soon as possible for sure. Hedda and 20 years later are
