1:12.1	Tim is an active duty chief petty officer with the United States Navy and has served his country for 13 years.

1:28.2	in real estate since 2011, where he purchased his first single family residence with the
1:32.6	intentions of forcing appreciation and flipping it for a profit. This particular investment was also
1:37.6	his first house hack, and he quickly learned the benefits of long-term buy-and-hold real estate
