Yeah. Health, wellness and fitness is part of my regiment in 2024. I'm taking extreme measures to correct my health and wellness.

I can't tell you what I'm doing yet.

Because it's still in the process, but it's still in the process but it's something that's a little bit off the beaten

path but more to come more to come on right. But part of the process of doing what I'm doing is collecting data on my family members health history.

If you go to a doctor, they'll generally ask,

you know, do you have any, you know, heart disease in your family, diabetes, and what have you?

So I asked my mother and my father to give me a comprehensive list of ailments, disease, and what have you in my family.

And I got from my father a PDF file of

A ailments coming out of my family and bro I tell you right now it ain't looking good for me

The amount of stuff that my father just sent me that my great-grandparents, grandparents, him, my mother have, I just give you a few,

just get, great-grandfather, Luigi,
