Hawaii I left the netty pot behind it's like eight dollars I'm like I'm not gonna in the

limited space I got in my luggage I'm not gonna bring this this thing as well. Eight bucks you get a new one. I did

that sucker like ten times and let me ask you first of all does anyone know what a

netty pot is because if you don't Google Google it, figure it out.

I actually love them.

I have intense sinus issues.

Probably doesn't help that I talk a ton every week all the time. But basically you have like a little teapot, you put it in

one nostril, you bend your head sideways, and you pour the water through one side out

the other. I'm oversimplifying it. You want to use distilled water, you have

saline solution, all this stuff goes on. I did it 10 times. Usually like one

nostril than the other nostril, bang bang, I'm done. I had to do it like 10 times before I finally

felt clear of all the mucus and the yellow sludge coming out of my mouth and sometimes even

green sludge which is horrifying not once not twice five times each

nostril and my gosh it was uh it felt amazing it felt really good but if you

don't know what a netty pot is, I highly recommend you look it up.
