Hey, big news. Well, not huge news, but news that I'm really excited about. We're going back to

Chakama, Peru, this August. Of course, this is always, thanks to impeccable organization from

waterwaystravel.com. The dates this year are August 22nd to the 29th. That's a seven-night stay. We rented the entire resort

at Chicama Boutique Hotel. The trip will sell out and you can book either a private

room for yourself or a double with two beds or a triple with three beds. If you're traveling

solo, we'll even pair you up with somebody else.

And again, the Chicama Boutique Hotel, it's the resort that's right overlooking the wave at Chicama,

kind of on the edge of town, right there at the point. It's regarded as the longest left in the world,

the wave itself. And then the resort, from what we've heard, is regarded as the nicest in all of northern Peru, the wave itself, and then the resort from what we've heard is regarded

as the nicest in all of northern Peru. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing. The price of the

trip is all inclusive. This includes three meals a day, and it's actually three courses of each

meal, which I didn't realize last year when we went down there. And a couple days in,

people mentioned, oh yeah, order an appetizer, order a dessert if you're up for the challenge.

But the food is incredible. And it also includes boats for us, which pick us up on the beach

in front of the hotel, and they shuttle us up the point and drop us off at the takeoff zone

in the lineup, which may seem wild or

inappropriate, but it's just the way that things operate there. And it makes our lives

super easy because, again, longest left in the world. They even pick you up after waves once you

kick out. So it's an incredible service and the drivers do an incredible job. Anyway, I would love

to have you join me.

There's room for 20 people total, fewer than 20 people now because I know some people have

already signed up, but we had an incredible trip in 2025. I'm super excited to go back.
