The thinking was like if we want to be free from tyranny, if we want to be free from

kings or queens or whatever it may be, if we want to be free of disease, we're going

to have to work hard.

And they called the body and mind, they called this thing the structure.

And they said we got to take care of the structure.

We got to surround ourselves with like-minded people.

We got to have a system in place that we adhere to, right?
