Summary

I summarise my 2nd coaching consultation with World Panna Champion Jack Downer. In this short solo show I talk about my recommendation for a full body biomechanics assessment, the footwear he uses to train and play in, implementing a nutrition diary, how he is feeling after the first 3 weeks of changes, and see where consistency has been found so far.

weeks ago I did a podcast where I recorded a coaching consultation with myself and

He is a pro-Pana player. It's like one of the best in the world, amazing kid like awesome human being.

And I recorded the consultation and just gave you an insight into how I would navigate an initial conversation and an exploration around what he's trying to achieve and what initial changes we should make.

Now I was going to post the follow-up consultation but the conversation is a little

bit rambly it jumps across from different subjects quite a bit and it explores quite a lot of new stuff I didn't feel was quite as relevant

in terms of you listening to a 45 minute podcast and picking up a lot from it.

So because of that, what I'm going to do

is I'm just going to summarize our conversation

that I had with Jack in his second consultation with me.

And just let you know what we explored what I've advised as a coach

and how I'm trying to improve him moving forward. So the first consultation I did was just under three weeks ago now and in the

first sort of two to three weeks we advised that he would look to be consistent with breakfast and his post exercise meal or his second meal and that was really

important I advised he get a Nutri bullet we look to do the smoothie thing after training

because he's not that interested in preparing food getting food so I wanted a really easy way for him to get consistency.

He has stuck with both of those habits. Consistency is way up.

So he's now having overnight oats in the morning.

And then when the weather changed,

and this is an important thing for us all

to just relax into, that when the weather changes our taste buds naturally change.
