Sorry about last week, Brian. Uh, yeah. Don't apologize to me. I enjoyed the week off.

I'm sure you did, but thank you to everybody who wrote in because good God.

Think that was a lot of well wishes. So thank you all very much. I can't, I couldn't keep up with everybody.

But, uh, yeah, no, it was bad couple of weeks, but on the end and, uh,

seeing the doctors and the therapists and all the people I need to see, believe it or not.

I have a plan. You have a plan. There's a plan in place and you're sticking to it.

And I'm not a sylon. So yeah, hopefully better ending. Exactly. Yeah.

Don't make me throw a bottle of whiskey at the TV days. No, I won't. I won't.

What really sucked is, you know, clean it up, sober, healthy, getting everything back in line, get my numbers all right.

And then, of course, yesterday, I go to Whole Foods and have a salad and get food poisoning straight out of the gate.

I'm just like, I'm just like, I'm just like, I'm just, I know.

Damn, you be so. But part of my therapy, uh, talking to my doctors and stuff and, uh,

it's half the therapists and half just me being fucking fed up. No more socials.

I closed out my Twitter account. I locked it and made it private and tweet deleted everything.

And just kind of, you know, shuttered it for now just to see how things are going to go, which we'll get into very shortly in the news.

And I have two thoughts about it. I have two thoughts about that, Jason.

Yeah, go for first off, uh, well, thanks for leaving me with the bag because that means I'm the one that asked a fucking monitor of this shit.

And secondly, I actually think that's a fucking great idea.

I could reliably tell your mental state by what was what you were doing on Twitter.
