| 1:16.2 | tandem with wanting to change things for the positive or just focus on this for now and then look to improve and implement things you want to improve. |
| 1:28.0 | Now what I want you to do in this process is carry around a diary or a piece of paper or a note on your iPhone, Android, whatever. |
| 1:37.0 | And essentially what we're doing is we're assessing and taking note of a particular negative mood or |
| 1:45.0 | frustration or stress and what we want to do is you want to make a note we want to observe potential patterns and then in a non-emotional state create solutions. |
