I went out to San Diego and did four shows. They were all sold out. That felt damn good. Damn good man. To get out there at the Grand Comedy Club.

I want to give a shout out to Adam the owner. This guy is amazing. He is a great, great club owner. This is what you want in a club owner.

Just somebody that actually cares. Safe seating outdoor. A perfect setting for stand-up. I'm looking forward to going back again.

It was tough running an hour after a year. Trying to figure out all the bits. Remember parts. Remember all the new stuff. It's a Rubik's Cube for sure.

Up there. Trying to spin it around and get the right formula. Formula and flow. It's not formula. You're just up there hoping that you can make people laugh for an hour.

Making people laugh for an hour is almost impossible. I think the perfect format is about 40 minutes in the ADD world of cell phones and nuttiness.

Asking people for a solid 40 seems to be fair enough. For an hour they're just like, oh what? The masters can do it.

I look forward to one day being able to just go, yeah, I got a strong hour. There's no fucking filler in there.
