Oh my goodness, as I was digging through my analytics and looking at what episodes are the top downloaded

episodes of all time to kind of help me figure out what you guys wanted me to talk about and

kind of looking for trends and all of that

amazing stuff. One of actually the top, let's just be clear, the top downloaded episode of all time in the last 12 months is

episode number 4.07. Six months without Instagram. Can you and should you grow

your business? I can't see the rest of this title without Instagram in essence.

And this has the most downloads of any other episode in the past 12 months and I'm like,

man, that's interesting. What is the date that I released that episode? This is not a joke. It was

March 3rd of 2022. So right now today it has officially been another year since I

personally have been Instagram-free. It's been a year and a half without

Instagram. It's hard for me to even remember what my life was like back when I

used to use this platform, back when I used to be completely obsessed,

the hours and hours that I would spend scrolling and making content and posting and sitting there thinking

about what caption I should do all the while actually like hating it

felt so trapped by this dumb app that it kept me tied to my phone like there was just

so much angst around that specific social platform for me and it's even hard for me to

go back there in my mind because I almost have like this physical reaction to how it used to make me feel, the anxiety attacks I was having at the time,

the way that it led to such a heightened addiction in my mind how I it stole it really truly stole time away from my

my boys and that was a pivotal age I mean they were so little you know they still are but like I can't ever get that time back that this

app stole from me and the lie and the deception that was over Instagram making me

believe that I had to be there, it's truly sickening to me now to look

backwards and for my vision to be so clear, vision is 20-20 of course or what is it hindsight
