I am back just in time for a new Meathead Hippie podcast. This one is so good. The intro, if you guys

don't want to listen to my trip about my trip to Alaska, because I have to share it with you,

then just keep fast forwarding until you hear her voice. I am interviewing Melanie Ann Lear,

who if you guys, I just have to read her like short bio

really fast because you'll understand it. You'll get it. High performance lifestyle coach,

luxury brand business coach for the woman who wants it all. And I just was like, yep, check.

Because you guys, you guys know, I have a lot of things going on.

I always make, well, not always, but I say post quite a bit where I'm like, yeah, I do do it all.

I wear all the hats.

And the people that say focus on one thing, I kind of have to give, you know, those looks.

I just have to get used to them because people just don't get it sometimes.

And so I really wanted to talk to a business coach who really focuses on that kind of mentality.

And it's so cool how she divides it into the badass, the boss and the goddess and kind of

creating this, you know, this kind of synicity in yourself when all of it is in balance.

You can hit that flow state. And I just, I loved it. I love the way she breaks it down.

It was my first podcast back after taking that month off. And she was the first one that kind of

pushed me into, you know, it's not that you don't want

a podcast anymore, which I never didn't want a podcast. It was just, I don't want to talk about the

same things. And so she had a post that I found through Facebook. It was kind of this rabbit hole I was

going through. Long story, I was like, yes, we have to interview. So we took a little bit to get this together.

So even though it's older, because I wanted to address, you know, and this is something that I

will make sure I always address for regardless. You guys know how much I love all types of people.
