Hey everyone, this is episode number 58 of the Absolute Mind podcast, and it's this week's third

of discussion around relationships and building a better relationship if yours has gone stale over the

past few years. Now as always at the end of this podcast there will be a hypnosis section which

As I've mentioned over the past few days, keep your ears open for the release of the

And these will be of my top five downloaded podcasts. They will all be re-recorded and they

will be just hypnosis which is recorded to the sounds of the binaural beats. If you're not sure what

binaural beats are, they are a meditation music which are meant to give you a deeper level of relaxation than normal

hypnosis music. So they're going to give you more benefit and give you a better effect

using the binaural beats. As I mentioned, they will be available before Christmas.

So keep your ears peeled and I will be giving you the release dates as they're in the process
