You guys, I have to be very honest today.

I feel very exhausted.

I'm coming to you because I know it's very important for me to release a podcast today

and the climate of this week and the past week, it's only right.

I just have to be honest and say this week has been heavy.

Last week it was heavy too, but this week has been pretty heavy.

But I'm here, you're here and that's what's important.

I know some of you are tuning in from other countries and so some of you might not be

aware.

You are because you know what at this point, we're all locked into our homes, not locked

into our homes, but we're spending the majority of our time in our homes, which means we're
