Hey guys, happy Tuesday and welcome back to the mindset magic and manifestation podcast. I'm your

host, Michaela, Michaela Jay. And Jay is actually my middle name, you guys,

Michaela Jay. And I'm here to teach you how to live your next level left's life. So thanks

for joining me for another week. I'm super excited about today's episode. I say this all the time,

but I'm really just going to let you guys in on what I've been going through lately and how things have been feeling very slow and I've been very much so in like a feminine flow kind of energy, which is so opposite to me because I talk about this a lot. I'm a very masculine person, like I guess a very masculine woman. I am a Capricorn and so I love to work. I love to be busy and love to just

get my hands dirty and get things done. Actually, I don't like getting my hands dirty. I rather

have things handed to me on a golden platter. But I love to work and be very serious. So this

has been a very interesting time in my life where I've been kind of slowing down, taking a break, navigating through a lot of change and not necessarily like intentional uplevel change, just like change, which is just, I don't know, just very, very weird.

But I'm going to let you guys in on all of that and how I've been dealing with it and how there is such a difference between being

stuck and slowing down. They're not two things. Like, well, things are not the same. They are two

different things and kind of what to do when you feel like things are starting to slow down
