I want to talk to you about my recent Kindle launch for the Book Project Work Smarter that ended up generating over 20,000 free downloads.

I want to talk about the tactics, takeaways, and results from that launch, kind of

in the pre-launch phase, the creation stage. What went on during launch week? My marketing tactics and

strategies as well as the transition from free to paid and during that time the

the book has is earned close to a thousand dollars and probably will

surpass a thousand dollars in royalties by the time this episode airs. So I

wanted to just kind of break this all down for you and kind of go through what worked, what didn't work,

and what I might try and improve on next time or how you can to kind of apply these same things to your book

launch if you want to go down that path.

And I should, this would be a perfect time to note that I didn't have any particular

expertise or qualifications to write this book.
