1:38.5	9-11 by the Neocons, and in order to lay the appropriate level of blame, and yes, criminal
1:46.0	responsibility where it belongs, this needs to be understood.
1:51.1	But whenever the charges leveled that the Iraq War was one planned long before 9-11,
1:56.9	and that 9-11 just served as an excuse, right wingers always claim there's no evidence
