This was an interesting thing that happened to me last week.

I got an exit interview from them in the emails as it were.

I'm thinking, okay, they're like, it's a one question exit interview.

What could we do better or what did we do wrong?

So I filled it out.

That was a mistake.

It always is because apparently by telling them that I no longer wanted to be their customer,

they thought they thought it was okay to then put me into their support system, open

up a support ticket and then put me in front of one of their retention experts who then

sends me emails saying, here, check out these videos because apparently we're not doing

anything wrong.

You are.

So that's wrong on like every count known to man.

So that's that's no different.

I mean, at least you actually did something that made them want to get back in touch with

you.

Like I've just any time I do a service call with anyone, say a cable company or an internet
