I'm sure many of you are looking to make a change, a new you, or at least a slightly new you. We all have improvements to make, don't we?

Resolutions. Maybe yours is to read a bit more and maybe that's why you're here. Our traffic always spikes in January and I think

if it is as the same as the gym being more crowded. We let things lapse a bit of around the holidays, whether that's calorie counting or exercise or mental stimulus.

And then it's January, we head with eagerness to the fitness center, we swap out sweets for salads,
