| 1:10.1 | It can be a little bit worrying. It can be a little bit worrying. |

| 1:15.3 | So I wanted to be able to get the conscious mind stuff done on this one. |

| 1:47.9 | and go, oh my goodness, there is so much. Because we may, I mean, just as a side note, we may be |
| 1:54.8 | having a low self-esteem sometimes anyway, right? I mean, it's a competitive world. We might feel like an |
| 2:02.3 | imposter. We might have that inner critic, but a little nagging voice going, can you really do this? |
| 2:08.8 | Do you have enough time? Are you really able? Are you capable? You're not good enough for this, are you? |
| 2:21.4 | So that little nagging voice in our mind can really, really get in our way and therefore we get more anxious and it's a self-fulfilling |
