you must have heard Dry Bar. This is this beautiful chain all around the country. She's redefined

the beauty industry with her really unique vision and innovative approach.

She's started as a professional stylist and evolved into this really groundbreaking venture called Drybar in 2010 and grew into more than 100 locations.

She's like Forbes, Fortune 4, Forbes and Fortune 400's 40 under 40.

Marie Claire's Most Influential Women.

And this is her second book.

She's actually written another book, Dry Bar Guide to Good Hair for All.

And with the launching of this book, The Messy Truth, she's really diving into her journey

as an entrepreneur.

And basically, life is messy.

So tell me a little bit about what is your book about, Allie, The Messy Truth.

You know, it's really my whole journey of building and growing and scaling and selling dry bar and, you know, all the ups and downs.

And, you know, as somebody who didn't go to college and doesn't have like and you know all the ups and downs and you know as somebody who didn't go to

college and doesn't have like you know a pedigree per se and in building a business of this size

and magnitude that dry bar became you know I really had to learn so much along the way and I feel
