I got to tell you I didn't know who Su Foley was until about a year ago when I had the amazing Mike Flanagan on and he was talking about her and I looked into it and I was like wow. I got to get her on the show. She plays a amazing pink paisley telly, amazing singer, songwriter and man, amazing guest.

Mike Flanagan, Chris Layton, these guys and now Su Foley have just become like my Austin family. I just love these people and to sit down and talk to all of them over the last year. It's just been great.

And really to get to know these people over the last year and hang out with them. Su and Mike came to the Austin show one night. Chris Layton came the other night when I was out there with Bill.

It's just always great to see these people and talk to them that just real music heads and real musicians. And I would probably say one of the first few Blues artists I've had on Flanagan, Layton, Su Foley.

That whole Austin thing is it's pretty monumental when you look at it that Anton's Stevie Ray and pre Stevie Ray all that stuff and then post Stevie Ray.

Just a full flavor that city has the South by Southwest back in the day. All that good stuff. So thank you so much Su for doing the show and you were just absolutely dying to my check out her record from a few years ago called the ice queen and Flanagan, Layton and Su have a new record coming out pretty soon.

So I am pretty fired up to hear that. Before we get into it, let's talk a little bit about a couple things here. I do have a second podcast now called the Grail podcast with Dean Del Ray. I got to have it. I didn't even know about it till like I guess two years ago, I was doing Austin City limits with Bill Burr and we went across the street. There's like a little rib joint on the corner there.

Kind of high end rib joint. I said, yeah, I'll take a peri and you know, no, we got topa Chico. I was like, what's that? You know, like, what never heard of that ever. I got whatever I'll take it and he brought it over and I was like, this is fantastic. And I've been addicted every sense.

I know we just buy them by the bucket loads here. So yeah, I like the plastic bottle one because then you can take it with you. I can your car and stuff and not worry about.
