Hello and

0:05.0

a a nutrition diva podcast I'm your host Monica Reinagel

0:09.0

and a listener recently wrote in with what I think is a very familiar dilemma.

0:14.8

She and her husband were training for an endurance event, but as she increased the duration

And Brock is also the co-host with me of a brand new podcast called Change Academy.

1:20.5

person to help me answer this question. Welcome to the podcast Brock.

1:25.0

Thanks, Monica, it's great to be here. All right, first, maybe we should just start by

1:29.5

defining some terms. So what do we mean when we say endurance exercise? Is there a

1:35.4

definition for that? Well there is, but the definition that actually goes

1:40.6

along with endurance doesn't really fit what people's sort of
