Yes, I did spell conundrum with a K in the notes.

So with Princess Peach we have what I call the eggman scenario in which a

character's localized name is eventually dropped in favor of the original

Japanese name so with with eggman he was Dr. Robotnick for a very long time until Sonic Adventure and then Eggman came back.

But now in the movies he's Dr. Robotnick again because the people writing the movies are 40 plus so that they kind of flip back with that and I'm not sure I haven't played a modern Sonic game I think I think Diamond you might have played a more recent one he's still Eggman in those games, right? Yeah, actually in in

Sonic Frontiers they kind of address this because there's a whole there's a

whole series of audio diaries he leaves behind and I think in one of those diaries he says his name is is robotic and the eggman name came from Sonic and he

said he's basically taking it back he's owning it because he he hates

tonic so much good for him okay so so they tried to solve it with that, with that, uh, those bio shock style audio logs, I guess.

But yeah, as I was saying earlier, uh, totestool is officially peach.

It's been that way for I think almost 28 years now because Mario 64 is what just put the line in the sand.

There was one instance before in which she was known as Peach in a game, but it was

Yoshi Safari and it feels like it was an oversight. It wasn't an actual, there was not

really intentionality behind it. But with Bowser in King Kupa or Kupa, whatever you to call him it feels like there's a real back and forth

but before the dust actually settles and the localized name ends up winning and like I said
