Sorry today's episode is so late. I just, you know what, I've been having very low energy.

I'm not going to lie. I've actually been powering through COVID amazingly. It's made me reprioritized so many aspects of my life.

For example, I was doing a ton of events pre-COVID, tons, just, you know, whatever, like

Margarita Crawl, um, Christmas sweat, ugly Christmas sweater call hosting so many events,

award shows, you know, corporate award shows, getting ready to travel and host corporate award shows. And I just

really did not prioritize, I think, how exhausting a lot of that stuff is. So I had been powering

through COVID until I'm going to say a couple of weeks ago. And it is hit me like a ton of

bricks. Now, I know a lot of you listening to this podcast are like Sarah, hey bitch, we've already been through it. Yeah, it hit me like a ton of bricks. Now, I know a lot of you listening to this podcast are like Sarah,

we're heading into the fall. And it seems as though more people than ever than I know, more

listeners, you guys. So some wonderful listeners have reached out to me. They have COVID.
