The darkness of winter is upon us and if you've ever struggled with winter sadness or holiday anxiety

then this episode is for you. Just the other day I walked out of the house at 5.30 p.m. to take my son to hockey practice and it was pitch black, dark.

And I instantly, literally said out loud, Oh, I'm so sad.
