forums and you know Rose and I have the automators podcast together I don't know but I felt like it's been a couple years since you've been on the

Mac power users and there's a whole bunch of stuff like on automators we go

super deep and nerdy but there's a whole bunch of stuff that's not quite as

deep and nerdy but you're doing that I wanted to share and so we've got a fun outline and I'm really glad that you were willing to come on the show today.

Well, you sort of sent me a vague outline and then I filled it in and then I kept filling it in and I realized that there's a lot of detail here.

So Stephen's going to help us dig through the weeds and pick out what's really interesting, I'm sure.
